I don't know if there is a direct link but i read the label and it says take 30 minutes before workout. So I do, and as soon as i hit the gym i gotta take a ****. Before I head out to the gym (or head out of my house for any occasion) i force myself to **** anyway, my question is, does anyone know if NO Xplode affects your digestion? or is it from somthing else. Thanks for the help.

Nevermind, was reading though some passed articles and they said you shouldn't take it on an empty stomache or it will make you ****. Thats what i did.

The directions on the bottle say to take it on an empty stomach. It absorbs better that way.

so here is a real answer. The reason it cause you to **** is because it has a large dose of caffeine and caffeine is a stimulant, and stimulants cause you to ****. it will stop once you get more accustomed to the caffeine dose

this as well as the product contains L-arginine... One of the side effects of over dosing on l-arginine is diarrhea. if you're takin an NO booster with this, you might be maxing on you l-arginine levels or if your body isn't used to the l-arginine...

that wouldn't hurt to try... i do somethin similar with most new supps i start taking. either stick to the serving size or half that until my body adjusts to it... thinking back when i first tried no xplode, i was eating EVERYTHING... sugary foods, beer, healthy foods... that combination could have triggered my side effects. im on round two and will be eating cleaner.
