Alright lads and lasses. I wanna try summin different and i ave read up loads about
muscle milk and i just wanna know wot u lot think of it?
It says its ideal straight after a workout coz the complex carbs and protien and lately ive gotta admit ive been slackin abit on the carbs after my workouts so i wanna try summin different to get the carbs in?
So isit any good like or is there better products to take straight after?
I dont want a weight gainer!!!!
