usually when i take creatine it makes my stomach hurt. is that normal??

Im not sure about the creatine hurting your stomach if you take it with caffine then that could be the problem.

when i first started using creatine i used gnc mono and i had problems, i would have sore a stomach and need to piss heaps. i got some advice from a guy i know and he told me to drink it with my protein drink with a little added sugar and the problems went away, but now im on bsn cellmass and i take it with water and its fine

takes time for your body to get use to it...some ppl get pains, some don't...some ppl get the ****s & once again some don't...i was fine the first time i took creatine mono, but my brother had the ****s for a couple days
