Alway with food. I took a vitamin on a empty somache one time and felt like shit after.

If you take GNC Mega Men's on an empty stomach it'll burn when you pee (and yes, I'm sure it was the vitamins and not something else).

Most vit's you should take with Omega 3-6-9 or some type of oil cause it acts like a "crarrier" for the vit's into ur blood. They will help you take more of the vit's in.

First you should go to your doctor and get some meds to help with your STD, while you're there you can ask your doctor if it's ok to take on an empty stomache.
