i have read on several threads that people make their own creatine and mix it with kool aid. and also that you cant take creatine with gatorade. and since the creatine i have which is creatine monohydrate, tastes nasty with just water, would i be able to mix in kool aid?

Yes Kool Aid or any type of juice with sugar will work. I also usually mix it in with my protien shake after my workout.

Probably already know this but the sugar spike Insulin because thats what breaks it down and the extra insuling helps transport more creatine to the muscles. Thats why a lot fo people take their creatine with gatorade.

yeah i always take it with fruit juice because I thought that it caused an adequate insulin spike. However recently I found out that fruit juice doesnt cause a insulin spike so dextrose is the way to go!!!
