Hey guys. I need some help with supplements. I have lifted for sports and strength in high school. Now i am in college and am just focused on lifting and appearance. I was just wondering what kind of supplements are out there that give the best results. The gym i work out at has alot of animal pak stuff. Was wondering what that was like. Mainly just wondering what the best stuff out there is. If you can help it would be great.

all you need is protein powder and some multi-vits.... all supps do is "supplement" your diet "food".

Hey boy--

Pain is extremely right....get a decent protein powder (especially WHEY concentrate ot isolate) and you´re set. MAYBE Glutamine if you feel sometimes you are very sore, it will help to recover.

Best wishes, n6

First get your diet over all in check. Then make sure you understand proper post workout nutrition. Then start reviewing supplements.

I agree with these three guys - proper nutrition is no1. Then goes (my opinion): multivits & minerals complex, whey protein powder and creatine powder.
about animal pak. You don't need it. I don't say that AP is supplement that doesn't work (I'm currently using it and it gives what I wanted - big strenght). I only say that you will have great progress wihout it now. Save it then your progress stops.
