ok heres the deal i just got a fulltime job in the flooring business and right now and for the next two months we have a big job that requries me to work a 5-5 shift and i get to bed around 10 or so and i lift mon-wed-fri after work and run on the off days. everytime i go to workout im tired and just not into it but i still do all my lifts with intensity so ive been trainin hard and for a month know and ive been noticing that im GETTING WEAKER as of now all i take is protien and phosphagen hp. so i need some suggestions on what to take to help me out here i was thinkin maybe some nitrotech hardcore, regular monohydrate creatine, some N.O explode and glutamine to help me
restore my muscles faster. does that sound good or is there somthing i should add? or maybe diffrent products i should use? any advice/help would be greatly appreciated. thanks
