ok heres the deal i just got a fulltime job in the flooring business and right now and for the next two months we have a big job that requries me to work a 5-5 shift and i get to bed around 10 or so and i lift mon-wed-fri after work and run on the off days. everytime i go to workout im tired and just not into it but i still do all my lifts with intensity so ive been trainin hard and for a month know and ive been noticing that im GETTING WEAKER as of now all i take is protien and phosphagen hp. so i need some suggestions on what to take to help me out here i was thinkin maybe some nitrotech hardcore, regular monohydrate creatine, some N.O explode and glutamine to help me restore my muscles faster. does that sound good or is there somthing i should add? or maybe diffrent products i should use? any advice/help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

If you are getting weaker no supplement is going to suddenly give you great results.
If your job is really that tough you need to be cutting down on your workouts.
It can be tough to workout less when you really want to workout but soemtimes it is not always possible.
Try a full body routine doing one workout at the weekend and if possible another during the week.

You say the contract is for 2 months. A full body workout at the weekend should be anough to maintain your strength and make a little progress. 2 workout I think would be better if you can.

The key thing you have to do is keep a consistent diet. I work shift work and my shift hours are 6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am depending if im on day or nightwork. I make sure I eat at the same hours everyday to make sure I am feeding my body constantly. Eat a god breakfast before you leave, have a shake or protien about every 2 to 3 hours and make sure you have all your meals. On my work days I work out after work and usually am lacking energy when I get there. I do use N.O. Explode before my workouts which helps me get through. The main thing I am telling you is that your food/water intake is more important that any supplement you can take.
