6-8 small meals is to keep your metabolism constantly working to burn fat. increasing the size of those meals, lets say to 500 or 600 calories each, you'll be packing on the pounds instead of burning fat off.
however, if u can eat clean and compensate longer sessions of cardio... it is possible to bulk while maintaining a sub 10 bf percentage.... |
