1 scopp ON gold standard rocky road flavor
5 grams creatine
2 cups of espresso. (espresso cups NOT measuring cups)
Ice cubes
and sometime a banana
Then blend all together. Its REALLY good. If I have to do something in the morning and dont have time to eat breakfast I will make that but also add oatmeal.
