Hey everyone,

new to the forum but its looking great from what ive read and heard already.

im about to start a bulk this summer and want to get back on the creatine but somewhat confused.

Do I have to load on creatine mono? Im somewhat hesitant because of the stress on the kidneys it demonstrates but it is cheap.

However, CEE requires no loading but is significantly more costly and at bb.com there is a thread of reported studies that show cee is not effective in the body.

please could you guys advise me on this?

thanks in advance

If all of the recent findings on CEE is true, then it is a waste of money.

Mono might put some stress on the kidneys, but this can be greatly minimized by drinking more than a gallon a day of water (which should be done regardless).

CEE shows less sides, but IMO, it shows less results for me as well... mono is cheap and effective

I believe that you do not have to load on it. Loading just speeds up how quickley you top up your bodies supply of creatine.

Huge difference for me with mono. Although I have not used K-A so can give input on that.

all you need is 3-5 grams a day . So one serving should do. Any more you will just pee it out. But more wont hurt if you want to do two servings. Remember creatines most effective on people that lack the proper amount of protein intake a day. But this doesn't mean dont eat protein. Eat 1 gram per pound of body weight. and take 2.5 g of creaine in the morning and 2.5 g's after you workout and you will be doing fine.

Mono dude, definetley. There are more studies that support the effectivness of mono than CEE, which it's just a new hype. Stick with the basics bro.

I get better results from CEE over mono - maybe not worth the extra cost but I'm fine with that. I mean a kg of CEE only cost $25 - that's like 2 1/2 ¢ a gram :(
