i eat tuna with egg whites and cook them together. stuck it in a low heat pan with some olive oil...then mixed it in with the rice, which i already prepared earlier... i eat half that in the morning around 9:00
11:00 - 12:00 i eat the rest of it with some vegies and fruits.
2:30- 3:00 chicken with veggies
4:00 i take another pill of
hydroxycut
5:00- 6:00 work out
6:30 - 7:00 eat another meal of tuna, egg whites and rice
any other sugestions for my diet?
