im using hydroxycut hardcore. and obviously im tryen 2 lose weight. the last time i weighed myself i waz 192. but i think i gained more. so im tryen 2 get to 170- 180 and then just start cutting. any suggestions on what i should do with the fat burner? ill let u guys know my results as time goes by.

well ya. i read what it says on the bottle but i want to use other things help me lose weight faster.or just help the process. i know ima have to run a lot and drink a lot of water.

i eat tuna with egg whites and cook them together. stuck it in a low heat pan with some olive oil...then mixed it in with the rice, which i already prepared earlier... i eat half that in the morning around 9:00

11:00 - 12:00 i eat the rest of it with some vegies and fruits.

2:30- 3:00 chicken with veggies

4:00 i take another pill of hydroxycut

5:00- 6:00 work out

6:30 - 7:00 eat another meal of tuna, egg whites and rice


any other sugestions for my diet?

only 2 pills a day. i take 1 around 11 or 12 and then the second around 4 or 5. i just started today

are you serious about the 2 pills a day..when i was on it i took like 3 pills 2 times a day..

daym 3 pills 2 times a day? doesnt it say to take 2 pills a day. like on the 3rd day take like 3 pills a day and then afetr like 2 wekks take like 4 or five a day?

H-cut Hardcore is like drinking 10 cups of coffee at once. Ephedra is one of the few actual thermogenics that you can take, just don't be stupid and try to inhale 6 at once.

Over time your body will become used to the Hardcore and you will need to take more to get the same effects. This stuff should be cycled same as any other supp.

i never felt as if i drank 10 cups of coffee at once..jus use it wisely.. when i first started h-cut hardcore i was 266 then 2 days later i was 263 and now tonight im 261.. just have a good deit and work out routine and you will be straight..

Honestly I would also try to vary you diet up a little bit (yes I know its working for you right now but you body will adapt to it and will slow your progress) throw some chicken and fish (beside the tunafish) and maybe some steak like once a week, brocolli, salad, and other veggies. Also apples are a good item to snack on between meals they aid in losing weight due to some of the vitamins and minerals they contain. I would also suggest that you don't necessarily run because you will end up dropping more muscle from running, IMO and what I have noticed worked for me are 2 things:
1) Wake up in the morning drink 2-3 glasses of water (you can take your 1st dose of hardcore also) and go walk for like 45 minutes (if you want you can interval train also, just becareful running too much). If your holding weight in the stomach area do some abs before you do the cardio and it will help target burn that area and allow you concentrate on that area a little more.
2) After your workout go for a fast walk (or interval train) for 20-30 minutes only 3-4 days a week, you will burn up a lot of calories this way and drop fat pretty quickly, you can burn more if you are doing supersets (which is also great for dropping fat) then doing your cardio.

Those 2 ways have helped me a lot, especially in the am because you are burning stored energy (fat) to get through your workout (you can also have like 10g protein from a shake if you need a little something in your stomach before an am session, but not a full serving) Follow the directions for your pills, and like mentioned before cycle it. You can also cycle the amounts you take through your stack cycle (2 pills one week, 3 the next, 4 the next 3 weeks, 3 pills the next, then 2 pills the last) this should also help your body not build a tollerance up and give you continuous results. Good luck! Let us know how it goes.

yea i see what you mean but i have a good diet fruits and salads. Also a piece of meat and im still working on the fish cuz i dont like seafood..i hope to be in the lower 50's this week.
