Just stick to the basic kid, remember to eat plenty and have a positive nitrogen balance.

id recommend that you invest in ON 100% Whey Protein. As you'll come to find, everyone loves it, I have never heard a negative feedback.

As for the NO Sonic Pump i'm not exactly sure about it. i have never heard of it. hopefully NO works for you, many people feel zero effects.

In addition to creatine, and i applaud you for using Higher Power, good stuff! you should use Flax seed oil, and bcaa's in addition. these will add some postive effects to your goals.

and all of these are pretty much safe at your age.

There are a ton of gimmicks out there. Eat naturally and rely on the basics. As you get more experience try some of the more "advanced" stuff, like the testosterone enhancers, etc., but for now stick with the whey, creatine and & multis.

I've heard that if you take that Sonic Pump that you turn blue, grow fins out your back, run really really fast and have an urge to fight Dr. Robotinic..That's just what I heard

On a more serious note..what's with all the 15 year olds on this sight wanting to take mass amounts of supplementation? I mean shit, back in my day the only supplements I took were shaped like fred flinstone. I agree with everyone else here, stick to the basics if you absolutley must add supplements, key thing to remember though is that there not merical pills or anything, you still have to eat right and train hard..

but i've been training for a little over a year and a half like realy hard training before that i didn't train very much
