lookin for Weight Gainer & Creatine

Im lookin for a good weight gainer right im having trouble gaining weight although im eating 6meals a day. aslo looking for a good creatine cause my supp diet is missing that one. my supps im taking now are Six star advance whey protein, Ultramet, Gakic and Luekic. feel free to give me advice on any other supps that i should look into.

hey alot of the guys suggested me to get optimum 100% whey ( which is the best thing u can ever get)
also if your looking for a weight gainer, look into cytogainer

get some bcaa,
flax seed oil ,
epa fish oil
multi vitamin
glutamine
casein

get rid of the muscle-tech junk. try just plain ooold carnation instant breakfast with some peanut butter and a banana blended in.

Are you tracking what you eat? Even if you eat 6 times a day sometimes you think you taking in enogh as a hard gainer your not. I have a friend who is a hard gainer and he takes in almost what I consume on cycle. All his **** is down to Q so he know hes is breacking that barrier every day.

I've been preaching it here, and I'll say it again...True Mass by BSN. It's high quality, fortified, and doesn't have creatine like Cytogainer. MHP Up Your Mass would be the next best thing IMO

Tru mass is to expensive for what you get. You could get another great WGer of 10lb for the same price. Although True Mass does have a good taste. I recommend: AllMax Quick Mass or N-Large2

You can get both for around $69CAN for 10lbs

I really like GNC's Mass XXX, I work there so i get it pretty cheap, but it tastes good, and the numbers dont look bad

I've just started using a weightgainer again to stop me missing meals like if I am pushed for time.

I am using nlarge by prolab. It taste O.k. I mix it in milk so only use 2-3 scoops when it recommends 4 scoops with water so it works out quite cheap.
In the past I have used progain by maximuscle which tasted and mixed a lot better however costs more. If you have plenty of money try progain but if you are on a budget nlarge will be fine.
