real egg white would be my first choice.
Always go for real food first. supplements should be here only for convenience.

If i really had to choose i would go for:

1 real egg whites
2 whey powder
3 egg white powder

One is a milk byproduct and one is egg. Whey digest quickly.

I buy there whey and Casein. Good stuff. I try and comsume about 80% from food but always take whey before an after workout because of fast obsorbtion and casein at night for slow digestion.

My brother in law mixes his egg whites in his whey protein shake. Never tried it, but he said it's more like a real milk shake...

egg white..powder or real have great protein and your body digests it at a slower pace...over a longer period of time...whey is also great protein and your body will digest it quickly...so when when you wake up and after workout when you want to get protein quickly to your muscles do whey and egg whites other times...or mix em together...
