ON 100% WHEY PROTEIN : 5 lbs. for 40 bucks, is it worth it? also, should i take it pre workout AND post workout? but yea is it worth 40$ for a 5 lb?

nutraplanet.com has the 10 pound bags for $57.99 and yes it is worth every penny it is the best protein around and is reasonably priced. you should also invest in some casein protein for night time. what i buy usually is a 10 pound bag of rocky road flavor. they a 2 pound bag of natural whey (its unflavored) which I use in various recipes to increase the amount of protein. and a 2 pound container of casein protein. all by optimium nutrition.

Yeah, it's worth it. Every other whey protein I've tried is crap IMO. Been using nothing but Optimum for at least the last year, probably more like 1.5 years.

Yeah, they sure do. You'd have to click through and enter in your address etc. though to find how much it costs. It would get delivered by FedEx.

ON powder is the stuff, its all ive used for years. i've tried a couple others in a pinch til my ON gets shipped and i dont care for it. And the Rocky Road flavor really is the best, i could live on that stuff. $40 for it is high priced, i wouldnt spend more than 33-34 for it.

Yeah expect all protein prices to rise. Its costing companys 50% more to produce the same protein products. Nutraplanet should go up to but thats normal. But if they stay at that price then dam thats unbeatable.
