Everyone on here is saying its too much $$. I live in canada and here when I buy the 44 pak, its basically $1 a pak per day which seems good to me.

Is there anything better/same for less??

Well than you won't make gains. Plan/prepare/cook your meals ahead of time.

I was not trying to be short with you but food is the best way to obtain vitamins. You won't achieve your goals without a proper diet.

im not saying animal pack is "BAD" it just inst worth the money. you can get multi pro 32x for 14.95 and it has 100 servings. or NOW "adam" multi vit 120servings for 16.99. you see what im saying its just not worth paying $1 per serving you could invest the money you save by switching into other supps.
