I just started(5 months really into it) but Im seeing good results with. . .

-Nitrix
-UltraLab HGC (cycled, just finished 1st)
-Allmax Quick Mass
-Cell-Tech Hardcore
-Animal Pak

and of course FOOD FOOD FOOD!


Any comments or sugestions?

The current stack Im taking is def the best for bulking (atleast for me)
Animal Pak-Endurance for training, Vit/min needs met
Animal Pump-Great pre workout supp
Pro Complex Gainer-Great ratio of cals/protein/carbs and doesnt bloat you, plus tastes great
Cellmass-Awsome recovery, no retention
Aminos-A must in any stack
Vitamin C-Immune, suppresses release of cortisol
Fish Oil-Obvious need

Plus a solid 5-6 meals a day. I can't complain.

thats it. i went from 133 pounds freshman year to 169 sophmore year. so 36 pounds wasnt bad.

i put on 25 pounds (160-185) in 4-5 months. supplements helped but the main thing that helped me put on weight was a significant increase in my caloric intake (lots of food)

Its not about the supps IMO, but Ive been seeing gains for a while now with that

too many supplements like korgs' stack are pointless & a waste of money...plus i SEE MUSCLETECH IN THERE TOO, big NO NO

See if your taking muscletech you are better off stacking legos. Shit you could build your own supplement stack, I call it.....Legoakic Hardcore!
