it also depends are you trying to cut or bulk? and what time are you going to sleep? if you are staying out till 3am and getting up at 1pm thats 10 hours of sleep. so basicly its your breakfast time anyways

Don't use the time as your reference so much. If you are getting your meals in properly spaced you are fine regardless of what number the clock says.

When do you go back to school? Because If you go back in a couple weeks Iwould say get up and eat and go back to sleep. Once you get your body into that clock mode in regards to your nutrition routine, you want to try and not disturb that. I can tell the difference when I miss a meal or have to eat later than usual.

you should try to get all your meals in like the guys said.

just a word of caution if you are cutting and trying to lose some bf:
if you do eat and go back to sleep, make sure its not a meal high in carbohydrates. you should not eat a load of carbs and go directly to sleep. hence why you dont eat them at night after dinner especially when cutting. they can turn into excess bodyfat.
