Havent heard any feed back but looks like a decent product for the price. I have seen it for 13 bucks. Looks like they made a pre and post workout total supplement. Dont know if the sugar is dextrose though. I forgot to check.

Yeah there not a bad company just overpriced a little. But for 13 dollars on the Universal Lava your geting 20-30g protein (forgot) 30 g carbs aminos and 5g creatine mono per serving. Creatine mono is creatine mono. For the price if I was interested I would try it

Yeah you wont find a cheaper price than that. Go for it. I have some ustomers trying animal cuts right now and they like it. The only thing is that if you are trying to get cut I wouldnt take the Lava because it has hi carbs and sufar. When cutting I rely on food carbs. If bulking then good but you dont nee the animal cuts. Animal pack is good all year round. Theres just so many pills with the animal pack.

No you still want to incorporate protein shakes in your diet but try and max out you nutrition, even if that means making your meals in advance. Then sub with protein, but no matter what I take a shake before and after my workout of whey protein. The body absorbs it so fast.

I dont see a problem with that stack but now dont take the lava because you dont need the extra creatine. Drink a lot of water and make sure you do cardio because the creatine will bloat a little. When I cut I use creatine. Dosent really effect me.
