the weight u gain from weightgainers... is said to be fat and water... can that be turned into muscle?

No. It can't. Fat can't be turned into muscle but it can be used as a source of energy. Water can't be turned into muscle but it can be absorbed into muscle.

Weightgainers are for people who have a hard time adding on size with a diet. Sometimes its just hard to get all your meals in a day.

The weight from weight gainers is not going to be just fat and water. The reason we told you that is because you wanted to gain 10lbs in a week and in whatever way you plan to accomplish that it will be fat/water.

Decide what you want to do and then come back but all of this back and forth stuff is pissing me off.

fat and water cant be turned into anything. that like saying this apple is going to turn into a orange they are two totally different things.
