Okay, it has been a wile since I did any updates. I was a newbie who went into training to become a cop (still am) and went from a 5 foot 3 round 270 fat boy life to being 223 and in the gym 4-5 days a week.

So, long story short new house, new baby and life came between the eating better and gym. :( Back up to 240 and 1 month ago I stated back at the gym, eating better and on Lipo6.

Fast-forward to day at 229 and I wanted to know other then Whey in my yogurt shake before and after the gym in the morning, Lipo6 as I get home 30 min before breakfast and again 1/2 way through the after noon, what could I be safely stacking to help increase endurance for cardio, build muscle quicker and still burn the fat?

Oh yea...my Lipo6 is about up so if you also have any suggestions that is welcome in it's place or hell, even a complexly new stack of everything.

Thank you all for you help, it's already due to this forum been a huge wealth of knowledge.

My diet is six-seven small meals a day. The meals are the typical base of Chicken, rice, veggies, fruits, nuts, oatmeal, yogurt, turkey hamberg, tuna, samon & all the other typical day to day low fat, semi low carbs with little calories taken daily with Solotron, a GNC multi vitamin.

The only current regiment of suppliments I am on is a full does twice a day of Lipo6 and Six Star advance whey protein.

Did you ever try HIIT? I've had some people move onto that when their weight loss results got stagnant and they increased quite well.

Also, best protein=Optimum nutrition 100% Whey.

Six star=110 calories for 20 grams of protein
ON=110-130 (depending on flavor) for 24 grams of protein
