hey guys, a question. . . i have muscle milk at home, the ones that come in cartons with 32g of protein. my dad brings them whenever i need. but... im thinking of getting a weight gainer (cytogainer or true mass) or ON 100% whey protein. i know ON whey is loved vy evry1 and its the best and evrything, but is muscle milk good enough? i mean it has more protein thatn the ON 100% whey, and i wana save some money by just buying the weight gainer itself without buying whey protein and the weight gainer. any suggestions or comments will be appreciated. thanks!~

Actually, it has LESS protein than ON 100% whey.
2 scoops of muscle milk is 32 grams of protein but 1 scoop of ON 100% whey is 24 grams so thats 48 grams of protein for 2 scoops. I used muscle milk before but now I am using ON 100% whey. Plus it's got over 5 grams of glutamine and BCAAs. But I guess you can stick to muscle milk and then use ON 100% later on.
My friend used cytogainer and he had great strength gains from it.

Man look, this has got to be the fourth thread you have posted asking virtually the same exact thing..You asked if you should get a weight gainer because your wanting to gain 10 pounds in one week for some unknown reason, and people told you that it would be just fat and water...but yet your still asking the same ****.. You know what the best weight gainer for you would be? A good strict diet, and judging by your other posts you need to get that in line b4 you think about supplementation, just my opinion
