muscle milk at home, the ones that come in cartons with 32g of protein. my dad brings them whenever i need. but... im thinking of getting a weight gainer (cytogainer or
true mass) or ON
100% whey protein. i know ON whey is loved vy evry1 and its the best and evrything, but is muscle milk good enough? i mean it has more protein thatn the ON 100% whey, and i wana save some money by just buying the weight gainer itself without buying whey protein and the weight gainer. any suggestions or comments will be appreciated. thanks!~
