WEIGHT GAINERS

weight gained as fat and water?
or weight gainers are a good supplement?

Weight gainers are good if you use them properly. You should ONLY use them after you have eaten as much food as you can first, then and only then should you implement them into your diet to get some extra calories. People make the mistake of having 3 sevings a day and negelct food then ask why it is not working. Cytopgainer FTW and i have mine post WO

I dont want to sound like a **** or anything, but you have posted at least 3 threads asking virtually the same exact questions about weight gainers and diet. Do a search on the site, research a bit and then ask your questions man

I agree.

Also you need to make sure your training is good. It is no good stuffing yourself with food if you are not lifting heavier weights at the same time.
