there are many variablesin this, such as how long your cycle was(how much weight u gained with the mono) & your diet, but if all is right you should see almost immediate results with losing water weight and burning calories with the cardio. Ive done a similar program for wrestling, and the results were noticable within first week, then it starts to taper-off around end of 2nd-3rd week. To see ur abs u generally have to have your bf less than 10%, not sure where you are, hope this helps...and remember to stay motivated on those long runs!!
