I tried lookin round the forums but couldn't find much..

When do you guys recommend is the best time to take CEE (Creatine Ethyl Ester)? And how much a day? I just ordered some and trying it for the first time besides cellmass (which worked brilliantly btw).

I tried CEE with great results (not to hate on the mono users!). Take it 30-60 minutes before workouts and immediately after with at least 16 ounces of water. Make sure to drink lots of water during your workout and during the day as well. I only used 3g each serving and I'm 6'3 200 lbs. Don't know your stats but I'd say just follow the recommended amount.

I've also read that stacking CEE with mono can yield great results... just food for thought

Just stick to one form of creatine. Remember the stuff isn't steroids, if one works then stick with it. I personally have gone with both and have chosen to stick with mono for its cheapness and also worked better with my bulking diet. It does not matter when you take your creatine as long as you have saturated your body with it (the loading phase some call it) which is not necessary but helps quicken the gains, and as long as you get in your 5-6g's a day. I chose to take it post workout or before bed. Hope that helps.

I have yet to read anything related to Creatine supplements that does not specifically say the prime time to take it is immediately after a workout. Other than that, do what you will...everything I've read says pre and post-workout though

Not trying to butt heads with you bro, I'm just saying I've read enough articles stating the reasoning behind using it postWO to constitute doing so.

For instance, this is pulled from a bodybuilding.com article:

Ah no butting heads at all man. Just showing ya some other information from a reputable source saying its ok to do something besides that since you said you have yet to read anything related to Creatine supplements that does not specifically say the prime time to take it is immediately after a workout.. I personally still take my creatine after my workouts too !

Go to bodybuilding.com and read some of their articles on CEE vs. mono, there's some interesting stuff.

I will tell you this, as of right now there is virtually no scientific evidence supporting the safety or effectiveness of CEE with humans, whereas it's the opposite for mono, plenty of research and evidence there. That's the most important thing, do some research on it if you really want to know more.

What he said, but to add T take mine after i wake up and after workout. load phase i take 4x5gs a day and mainaince phase i take 1 in morning on non wo days and 2 for workout days.
