and since you mentioned that you are a heavyweight i think ill mention something there too...what does that have to do with how many sets you do? One of the best members of bbd.com is LBJ, im sure your familiar with him, and he is 250 and im pretty sure he doesnt do 22 sets for back every week. how much you weight shouldnt determine your amount of sets. your muscles are still made out of the same elements that 125lb hot blonde has. i can see you stimulating it every once and a while with 22 sets, but everyweek is dumb. just because of your weight, you think it takes 22 that is false my friend.
My back takes 22 sets. Sorry, I don't have to justify that as that is my unique physiology. Others respond wonderfully to 15, others to 10. This is me. 20+ sets may be over training for some people, not for me. If you chose to disagree, then you're making sweeping generalizations that everyone responds equally to the same amount of volume, which simply isn't true.

I don't see what everyones problem is with muscle tech, i took anator, gakic, creakic, shaqic, vaporize, my little ponys protein, and whatever else they have, and now I'm a shredded monster, Jay's in trouble I'll be their cover boy soon...

Seriously though, unfortunently I'm ashamed to say that I purchased and used Gakic for 3 days about 6 months ago and like many others I experienced 0 results or affects. So I just simply stopped taking it and now I take basic shit, creatine mono, protein etc... I'm not going to sit here and say it's garbage or anything, it just simply didn't work for me, it might work for someone else. I will say that their lable is rediculous, I can't remember exactly what it does but it's something like; 10.5% increase in strength with first workout! or something on that order anyway...now I mean come on. Thats a little over the top

Anyways, I compete in the heavyweight division of the NPC. It takes 22 sets for my back to compete at the level I compete at. Not everyone has it in them to take themselves to that level. This is but one of the shock tactics I employ from time to time to stimulate my muscles to grow.

I think your senses of politeness and courtousy have been numbed my friend.
Then why does it say your an NPC lightweight then?

jk

shock your muscles lol funny. dont kill yourself.
Stress and growth no need to do 22 sets that overtraining. lol show a pic of you please and i bet I can inprove your body with my friends program. just holla back if you want more info.

Becuase everything MT does is complete BS, price is bs, testimonials are bs, jays 2006 win was bought so MT can sell some more products (felt to throw that in ) ..not to mention theres been numerous tests on their products showing no results from the use of their products.
