Has anybody had good results with this product. I hear all the time that muscletech products are good for one thing...blowing smoke up your ass. Any body know of anything that can get rid of that last 2% BF.

If you are looking for a fatburner then get something other than muscletech. there are much cheaper brands that produce better results.

Or you could just do a little bit more cardio and cut a few calories out of your diet.

My diet is spot on...but I avoid to much cardio. I do 20 min interval cardio 2 times a week. I don't wanna lose mass.

bro the truth is your going to lose a little mass if you drop bf%. the only way you might not is if your on juice. there is no way around it. by losing lbs slowly less than 2lbs a week you limit the amount of mass you lose. 2lbs a week can be achieved with diet and cardio you dont even need fat burners
