Me as well as a few more are clueless as too what the ''Must haves'' are when trying to gain Mass. I know that protein is needed, but what els is a must have?

p.s. Will starting on 2g of protein per lb of body weight be to much or just give me better results?

Thx
-Skinny Teen.

^^^
Don't want to eat massive amounts of carbs when bulking as it could lead to excess bf% that you will just have to lose later. Most imortant time for carbs is pre and post w/o, follow a good solid diet, like everyone else said, and train hard bro!

stick to 1g of protein per lb bodyweight & at the most 1.5g...1g will be more than enough unless you're 200lbs +

2g carbs per lb bodyweight is benifitial to fuel your muscles throughout the day for growth, restoring energy & muscle repair...
if u want to make good significant gains in size u cant get away from putting on a bit of bf on a bulk, period.
