Meal 1: cookies with orange juice
Meal 2: 2 scoops of cell tech
Meal 3: ham sandwich with soda
Meal 4: peanut butter sandwich with 8 oz 2% milk
Meal 5: 2 scoops of cell tech
TRAIN
Meal 6: 2 scoops of cell tech
Meal 7: oatmeal with 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter
Meal 8: 4 scoops of prolab nlarge
Meal 9: 2 scoops of cell tech

I don't think it's that bad considering i'm getting 9 meals in during the day, what are your opinions and what do you think I could improve on?

ok, hopefully you all realized that was a joke or else you don't know me as well as I thought you did


UPDATE:
Meal one: 1 cup oats, 2 scoops whey, 1 banana, 15 g Glutamine, 2 strawberries.

Meal two: 6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1 whole wheat bagel, 1 cup oats, 1 multivitamin, 2 large glasses of water.

Meal three: 4 beef burritos, 1 cup brown rice, 2 fish oil tablets, 2 scoops whey, 1 large glass of water.

Meal four: 2 cups Black beans, 6 oz chicken breasts, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 fish oil tablets, 3 large glasses of water.

Meal five: oatmeal, 6 bcaa tablets, 1 glass of water.

TRAIN

Meal Six: PWO shake including 50 g malto/dex, 15 g Glutamine, 10 g creatine, 2 scoops whey, 6 bcaa tablets.

Meal Seven: Large plate of pasta, 1 multivitamin, 2 large glasses of water.

Meal eight: Spinach with EFA dressing, 1 medium sized sweet potatoe, broccoli, 2 fish oil tablets, 1 large glass of water.

Meal nine: 1 cup oats, 2 scoops whey, 1 50 mg zinc chelated, 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter, 1 cup cottage cheese, 2 tablepoons flax seed oil, 15 g Glutamine.

SLEEP 8+ HOURS

Looks great man, good to see you are eating that much. I imagine you are dirty bulking. Id add a chicken breast or same amount of meat to meals, such as two, four, definately 7, id also cut out the sugars at night to help stay a bit leaner, (fruit and bread should be cut back, pop tarts are just a no no ) Overall its not the cleanest, but its tons of food. What are your stats/goals?

to bulk as much as possible, it's working well too. I've added very little fat.

put on almost 50 pounds of lean muscle mass since December.

Bro you eat a truckload of food (and supplements). I have two questions, 1) Why do you eat so much/ so many meals 2) Who sponsors you for all thos supps

Yeah, for the most part sups are not necsessary. I used to rely on them but have come to the conclusion that It's a waste of money, except whey and maybe glutamine/creatine. Don't fall on that wagon and waste your money. It's addictive and in the end u don't think u do well without them.
