How do you know which one is better????

Optimum 100%natural whey or Optimum 100% gold standard whey.

Is it the cross flow microfilteration in the natural whey....idk anybody have an idea which one is better??

Gold Standard, same amount of calorie, one more gram of protein per a serving, and it has flavoring.

Natural whey is basically unflavored. And honestly the carbs in gold standard are small if anything.

gold standard is the best... However it is nice to have a tub of natural whey around that way you can toss it into various recipes.

Thats right. The only time the flavored whey comes in good is when the recipe calls for it. Like vanilla protein.
