I an on the optimum on whey and frankly i am very pleased with the results. But there is a posssibility that i won't be able to find it as the stocks are running emply. I am from greece so i don't have many alternatives. I just wanted to hear some good brands. I can find syntha 6, and a few other brands. I will search and keep you posted. Oh i almost forgot.... I can find Nitro tech but.... NO WAY!!!!

Always us ON gold standard. Buy it online thats where you should be getting all of you supplements anyways

Try bodybuilding.com, if that runs out, try higher power 100%whey protein, almost the same thing, and couple bucks cheaper
