anyone ever use this stuff its made by Advance Health Nutrition, it has 50 grams of protein, 10 grams of creatine, 10 grams of glutamine, 2 grams of taurine, and 24 grams of advance complex carbs....its sounds great, or is it a waste of 35 bucks?

I checked it out and it seems like an excellent MRP.It has great protein sources in it like whey hydrolysate and micellar casein and very good carbohydrates also.

Mixing creatine with glutamine is pointless. They're absorbed by the same receptors and not all of it will be absorbed into you. Other than that, it sounds awesome. How long does one tub last?

it comes in a 2.5 lb tub and there are 14 servings in the tub, you have to take 3 scoops a day, so this bascialy will last you 5 days, effff that im not spending 40 bucks a week on something like i dont care how good it sounds...

Jesus man, **** that ****! Make your own! Go buy a 10lb tub of protein, 1000g pure creatine monohydrate, tub of glutamine, and whatever else is in the mix and throw it all together.

thats actually a false myth they are not absorbed by the same receptors.

Thats true its a big myth made up by the muscle mags to keep you small. really your body will find a way to aborb them or it will discard it though your waste.
