Is sobe good to drink as a supplement? Not the Energy drink "No Fear" I mean like the regular sobe

A better choice is XS energy drink. No Sugar, very few carbs, not a ton caffeine. Most of the energy comes from b vitamins so it gives you a physical boost as well as a mental boost. Also since its not full of caffeine in sugar it doesn't pick you way up and drop you like alot of other products do.

you dont want to drink energy drinks when you lift though, it reduces your pump well i guess you can it works i guess but its proven it reduces your pump, i can give you more info on it if you like.
