So i go on a 5 day work out then 2 day off Mon-Fri i lift sat and sun i chill and today i just couldn;t do anything i mean my set weight for bench was like 10 lbs lower i couldn't arm curl my usual, you know at first i thought that it could be my new supps but hen i thought, Should i take breaks inbetween lift days, like a monday wednesday and friday type deal? thenks

I guess it depends on how you feel, if you can't go 100 percent through the week then it sounds like you need a break between workout days.

also you may just seem fatigued or whatever just lift what you can lift, your body will feel better later. You never feel 100 percent all the time you have stages your bodys goes through.

it could have been that you were tired, or just a had a stronger than usual week last week.

Also, at my gym, we weighed all of our weights, and most 45's were in a 42-48 range. so if you get some odd weighing weights that could throw you off. you'd be surprised about how much stuff isn't accurate

Maybe you're over-training. Try taking another few days break then going back and trying again.
