Whats the best type of supplements for a 14 year old?

I don't trust search engines, they hardly ever give me correct infomation. And they have so much information and most of it is all different so I don't know which to believe. I figured that people here on a bodybuilding forum can help me get my answers and would probably be more correct than what I can find off of a search engine

Dude at 14 your probably braindead when it comes to the word nutrition. Get a proper diet goin, than throw in some whey protein. After that and you've built yourself a good "base" to work with, sample with creatine n miscillaneous supps n see what works for you. Oh and make sure to get your vitamins

Yeh get ur diet sorted man. Remember supplements are just SUPPLEMENTS. People these days rely to much on them and dont realise the importance of food!!!
