Just a couple interesting random questions i have.

If im trying to build muscle how many reps should i be doing? right now i do to failure inbetween 6-12 reps. I do five sets of those for each exercise.

Anyone like the bloated feeling some creatine gives you?

Can you get a six pack even though you are bloated a little, i had one but it kind of went away when i started bloating, can i get it back?

Its may 18th now just finished my loading phase of creatine, how long should i be on it for and whats the best way to cut it off of my system?

thanks guys for helping the newbie out.

Good rep scheme.

Don't worry about your abs when you are on creatine. Still work them but don't worry about them.

Creatine causes your body to retain more water, so it'll be harder to see the muscle fibres in your body and especially your abs.

Creatine should be cycled also, do 4-5 weeks on, one week off. The first week back from your off-week, over-load again.

I push as much weight as i possibly can and do 4 sets of 8-12 reps. Also, I work in supersets.

On your week off, you won't be as energized while you workout. As soon as you start taking it again, you'll be back to normal. The week off is so your muscles don't become immuned to the creatine and it lose its effect entirely.

Good solid diet, determination, vitamins, creatine, protein, glutamine, and taurine.

Also, if you want to stay lean, don't just lift weights. Do cardio aswell.

Well if you feel your muscles are adequate, stop your creatine and focus on toning your muscles.
