Animal Pak or...?

Hi everyone, sorry if this thread is repeated but i didn't search for it, sorry.

Well my question is i want to buy the animal pak, like two years ago i took it, but i got like acne on my back, does anyone happend this too?? and i´m thinking in buy it again , but do you recommend it?? is it good to mix it with creatine and protein?

the animal pak didnt cause the acne, animal pack is a mulit-vit

Yeah, the animal stak-2 DID cause acne for me. Not a lot but it definitely got me pumped up for the gym. It was a natural test booster.

yeah but he was talking about animal pak not stak. animal pak is just a multi vit. I took the original animal stak that was a pro-hormone that made me break out a little

Yeah, man I know...I was just commenting on what DID give me acne from their supp line. Animal pak does make me piss Bright Yellow though

dude you didnt get "ripped" from the animal pak its a vitamin. you take it in the morning. just like it says on the directions

sorry cook82, i used "ripped" incorrectly, but certainly i did get good strenght and helped me to get a good abs, i think it was the animal pak

and the workout too

so what your opinion on Animal pak, thumbs up or thumbs down?

I mean its good pricey for a multi vit..I just take AST Multi Pro 32X. it's like $15 for 100 servings where as animal pak is$23 for 44 servings

You want to gain weight?? eat bro!! It's a vitamin. A very good one, but a vitamin. it keeps me healthy and I get endurance in the gym. I personally like it, but to each their own.

I would recommend taking it 20 minuetes after your breakfast. thats what I do.

ok, i bring a pak with me to my work, so i´m gonna take the pak after i eat at 1 PM, and i will train at 6, so it should be a good time.

now i have no-xplode, creatine, and megamass 4000 and nitro-tech hardcore, should i take them too?

dude animal pak is a vitamin take it in the morning like you would with any other vitamin

I took Animal M-stak for awile. I noticed a little bit of acne on my back but it went away after awile. Get a tan, it covers it up. :)
