what i was kinda getting at is that it just seems odd to me that one company is actually combining both caffeine and creatine in a product and another is totally against using them in conjunction with each other ..
as "Justlift32" said, there is only 2 grams
and im pretty sure you need about 5 per day at least (so taking another source of creatine is a good idea) ..
if the caffeine has an inhibiting effect then what is the point of having any creatine in
NO-Xplode what so ever? it would just be useless ?.
anyway this is doin my head in lol
