Okay... Sometimes on the days that I go to the gym I feel tired, I feel like I don't wanna go when I really do want to. Is there something to get me in the mood to go to the gym? Something that isn't steriods or bad for me, and the no bad effects?

look at yourself in the mirror before u go to bed...then when u wake up & do it again...if you dont like what u see, then its a perfect time to get your mind into gear, & get your arse down the gym...but you'll see as time goes on when u look in the mirror & u WILL like what u see, but in bbding THIS STILL WONT BE ENOUGH IN YOUR EYES...keep on pumping & YOU WILL understand what i mean...
good luck bro

if i dont feel like lifting, i just listen very carefully.........and then i start to hear all the people who pissed me off, who laughed at me, who just did me wrong or doubted me.

that usually helps.

lol. that's half true btw, but the other half is just having self discipline.

I usually wake up excited to go to the gym @ 6pm. And i stay excited all day.

Nothing really get you more pumped up to go than results. As soon as you see results, you're going to want to keep lifting.

Well its not that I don't want to workout, I want to but sometimes the things I do dont really seem to work... I need to try different things but my gym is small I go to the YMCA and the gym isnt all that big, I use to go to 24hour Fitness, I liked it there but I cant afford it there

Are you overtraining? Either way you are lacking focus. Go to the gym with a focus... know your routine and what you will be working before you go. Set goals and strive to achieve them. There may not be tomorrow.
