tricky question, but i like it........
cell mass is not just creatine, it's much more than that. it puts your body into a "primed anabolic state" which means that it helps induce muscle building basically. After your workout you take
cellmass more for the creatine absorption because your already anabolic, but you take it at night because it kicks back you into anabolic mode before bed....a time where you may end up being catabolic because you haven't eaten in a while. So, taking cellmass in the morning is possible [it says to do so on nontraining days], but unnecessary on training days because breakfast should do just fine.
taking cellmass in the morning won't help
restore any muscle you lost during night.........just have a
casein shake before bed, and if your as paranoid as i am about being catabolic, wake up after 4 hours of sleep and have a half whey, half casein shake then back to bed.
