The new men's fitness magazine says that you can use bsn cellmass in the morning to recover from muscle loss over the nite. does this sound right or ok??

tricky question, but i like it........

cell mass is not just creatine, it's much more than that. it puts your body into a "primed anabolic state" which means that it helps induce muscle building basically. After your workout you take cellmass more for the creatine absorption because your already anabolic, but you take it at night because it kicks back you into anabolic mode before bed....a time where you may end up being catabolic because you haven't eaten in a while. So, taking cellmass in the morning is possible [it says to do so on nontraining days], but unnecessary on training days because breakfast should do just fine.

taking cellmass in the morning won't help restore any muscle you lost during night.........just have a casein shake before bed, and if your as paranoid as i am about being catabolic, wake up after 4 hours of sleep and have a half whey, half casein shake then back to bed.

+1 despo
but i also need to add;
mags are full of shit just to fill pages...
BUT MEN FITNESS is nothing to do with bbding. bbding is a whole nother level in itself so if u wanna pick up a mag, get flex, even though still alot of stuff in that is hype

The big man is right. Fitness mags will keep you lean and mean, not mass. They try these little ideas to keep you reading in. Honestly, I recieved little to no results with cellmass. So not worth it, my new supplement stack kicks so much ass. Immediate absorbtion of whey and carbs is what you want in the morning......which is why we eat breakfast.

The manifacturer of cellmass actually recomends to take one serving on empty stomach upon awakening. That's what i do. And after half an hour i eat my breakfast.

It would make more sense to take it pre and post workout.
