A buddy of mine takes phosphagen and I use a creatine mono from what I understand phosphagen is the same as creatine mono, I was just wondering if there is pros, cons, or differences with phosphagen, and also what is phosphagen HP?

HP is just the regular creatine with additives that are supposed to support muscle growth and strength. IMO, its fluff that EAS added because others do the same and sell well. People love fluff. People with a deep wallet at least.

Phosphagen, from what i understand, is just creatine monohydrate branded differently. It is labeled after a energy buffer that creatine can create. Some mumbo jumbo like that.

If any supplement you feel will produce the same results and are evidently the same basic product, it usually comes down to price.

In that case, Creatine Mono is very affordable and works best imo.
