What should I take

I'm 16 and have been wanting to start taking more suplements but don't know what is good/safe for me to take and what will help the most. I'm 5'11" 225 pounds and play offensive line for my high school football team. I've been taking metrx protein for a while and recently started taking N.O. EXPLODE(can't stand thae taste). Also I lift monday wednesday and friday and run tuesday and thursday. what else can I take to get my strength upin the weightroom and the football feild?

food.

nothing can replace the effects of the a well structured nutrition program. check around the forum, there are multiple threads on the correct way and amounts to eat for bulking up.

but to answer your question... a basic stack of supplements taht you could use would be Creatine, Flax Seed Oil, Whey Protein, BCAA's. These supplements are pretty basic and most people respond well to them. You should do a search around the forum for other supps that increase strength/mass. everyone is different and respond differently, so you just have to evaluate.

It would be a great help if people could give some specific products to take. I've heard pros and cons of lots of stuff on this forum its hard to keep up Thanks

i know like all the football players on my team take NxLabs Anavol, it works real good for your creatine, and then like basic protein MuscleMilk is often a starter, cheap, tastes good, works well

don;t buy it at like GNC buy it online, it's cheaper
and be sure to drink a lot a lot a lot of water with anavol

imo optimum whey protein, and then flax oil doesn't matter the brand, optimum bcaa's, creatine mono.. doesn't really matter what brand.

i mentioned the basics of the stacks dude.

we could be here FOREVER listing all the things combined we have all tried. there are so many threads on this site about different supplements.

the easiest mistake you can make is to get involved with ripoff supps like they said. I played football in HS and college, and you they suck your money dry.

The most important aspect you need to consider is DIET! I know you can't ask people what they are "on" or go to the store and by a fancy bottle with Jay on the front but diet will determine your success or failure NOT whether you take supplement X vs. supplement Y. Get your diet/training solid, train for awhile and then start taking supplements. There are two magic pills in this game: 1. Hard work 2. Consistency.
