The most important aspect you need to consider is DIET! I know you can't ask people what they are "on" or go to the store and by a fancy bottle with Jay on the front but diet will determine your success or failure NOT whether you take supplement X vs. supplement Y. Get your diet/training solid, train for awhile and then start taking supplements. There are two magic pills in this game: 1. Hard work 2. Consistency.
