But back to the question no that is not a good protein the amino profile is terrible.......

yep nothing beats it. What flavor do you like best? I have a 10 pounder of rocky road right now. Its got a good flavor. This is the first time I have gotten rocky road. The worst one I have had was either tropical or strawberry I dont remember but it was horrible..........

Rocky road, chocolate. The worst one i've had is the vanilla ice cream to be honest. It just tastes bad to me. Can't really immatate vanilla that well without sugar i guess. Tropical punch is good with water though.

the french vanilla creme is not bad

i cant do the tropical punch. Something with that taste in a thick protein shake make me want to gag. I really like rocky road the best and its decent in oatmeal

I agree with Cook and Thomas that tropical punch is only good in water. Chocolate tastes great.
