I use creatine when I cut. I think alot of people do it when they cut as well. The water retention you will get with creatine will be in your muscles, thats a good thing.

get big and get cut hmmmm....... dont we all!! I hate to tell you this you cant bulk and cut at the same time. To bulk and increase muscle mass you have to increase your caloric intake which will cause some fat increase. To cut you are decreasing your caloric intake therefor reducing your fat levels. Sorry to tell you this it is EXTREMELY hard to do both at the same time unless you are using gear....gotta pick one and since it is summer i would go with cutting then after summer start to bulk

If you want to look good on the beach then you shouldn't take creatine as it will cause your body to retain water.

Actually I've taken creatine pyruvate, and it worked the best.
It digest's streight to your blood stream without going through liver or what ever.

It tastes like coinx10000, but it worked for me.

Creatine monohydrate's have never worked for me. Tryed them with table spoons, tea spoons, loading phase, no loading phase.

Only pyruvate worked.

There's no real proof that creatine is bad for dieting, neither.

So it only really makes a difference when going for a contest where you want to be completly dry?

Creatine doesn't cause aweful bloating. Your going to retain water yes, but water in the muscle. Thats a good thing.

This is how I do it. Loading helps to saturate your muscles quicker with creatine.

Week one loading
15 grams a day.
5 grams three times a day, break fast, time in between your last meal, and last meal
Week2-4
5 grams per a day, 2.5 pre workout and 2.5 post workout.

I personally just stay on for a month at a time, but i feel the difference beyond that. It depends on your body weight. I took a little extra when I was in my 200s

Yeah and if you didn't know how (BB_Crazy90), creatine pulls water from other parts of the body to perform it's work in cell volumization of the muscle. This what makes the muscle fuller and firmir.

However, you need to drink water, I suggest you drink full 8 ounce glass of water 8 times a day in order to get this use out of creatine. REPLENISH YOUR WATER INTAKE!
