So I just got creadrive today at GNC. 10 bux on sale =]
When should I take it? Do I need to take it on off training days?
Does it work well?
I don't know much about creatine, so I'd like help with it.

Directions:

As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop (45 g) with 6 to 8 ounces of cold water or juice. Drink 4 servings daily for 5 days, then maintain at 2 servings daily.

I read that part but I didn't really understand it.
Does that mean 4 servings every day for 5 days then 2 servings every day?
Because I only have 20 servings of it and 4 servings for 5 days then it would be out. And my dad won't buy me any more.
