yeah do a search. but gaspari products are pretty legit. IMO, and from what i've seen around, superpump gives you energy, but it's not as vascular inducing as NO-EXPLODE.

I've taken it and it worked pretty well for me.... Its really hard to say what product is best because different products work better for different people. I like N.O. product by Vyotech

take the recomended dosage though man... cuz they might as well call it super ****s 250 if you take to much, I tried it and it worked well but I tried to take the dosage I usually take with NO-Xplode and had the runs for a couple days

^ well the point of supplements are to supplement your regular diet..food ofcourse is the main stable of your diet, but supplements do help to give you that extra edge when you need it. they can be very beneficial.

but i agree that a strong diet comes 1st...but dont doubt supplements unless its muscletech

well im nearly done with a bottle of superpump..and i was curious if i should try for no xplode this time...at my supplement store its like 10$ cheaper then superpump..so i figured since everyone here is giving it good praise, i should try it

any suggestions?

yea i would, i love it...i do 2 months on it, then 2 months off, take it a half hour before your workout...eat your meal an hour before, get some protein in you, then take this pre wo, and by the time your getting to the gym you'll be itching for the weights. i love it.

I swear by it. I tried the NOxplode but since I tried Superpump first I tend to lean towards SP250 more. Hershey Squirts if you excede the dosage though. Anyone know how SizeOn works? I haven't tried that yet.

sizeon is the best creatine supplement ive ever taken imo...the strength gains were incredible for me...im not trying to sound like an advertisement or anything..but i will swear by all gaspari products, so bro if you want to try sizeon..i say go for it..but get the wild berry flavor, the lemonade flavor tastes terrible lol
