I use whey protein glutamine pills and bcaa pills, should i add creatine monohydrate to my supp stack? or no, im 16 years old and lift every day pretty much and run for 15-20 after. thanks guys

that is partly true...and because there is no proof that glutamine is any good, its just over hyped

no1 hates glutamine but a lot of ppl dont see the point in taking it....
