Say no to Xyience, Muscletech, or Animal products. Do a search if you are wondering why.. it has been covered a million times.

you are probably better off getting your own stack together.i wouldn't advise doing what the pro's do.i dont know what jays stack is but im guessing its expensive and probably too much for an amateur bodybuilder too consume

the stack consists of na-nox9, aplodan, gakic, creakic, and anator p70...the stack chart isnt taking all of them at one time, you build up too each week after week...ive been using muscletech products for a couple years now, cell tech and nitro tech, and build i get from them two alone are incredible... i had a buddy working on the inside of GNC and so i got an insaine discount off the mass stack...was 200 got it alittle more than half off, so the price was great...

thats awesome if you can get a big discount bro.if muscletech works for you, then keep doing it but most people will say dont do muscletech lol a decent stack for me would be
1.a good diet
2.whey protein
3.creatine

simple and effective lol

yea "down pat" just means u got it all on lockdown, or u got everything sorted out and figured out...its a compliment no worries...yea the simple solution is always the right one, but sometimes when you hit a wall in your lifting and been working on getting past that wall for about a couple months now, you just need alittle edge to get onto the next level

kenny, i have been switching my routine around, haha...anything from coming in monday's with my back and bi routine, switching from inverse grip lat pull downs warm up set of 14 reps, then doing my 3 sets of 12, 10, and 8 reps...to starting off with V bar pull downs starting off working my mid back, maybe using the cable machine doing lat work there...tried everything and cant hit through that peak...mondays back bi, tuesday chest tri, wed shoulders leg, thurs off, fri forearms bi and tri, sat chest back work...inbetween all this go and train at a muy thai dogo about 5 times a week

try training opposing muscle groups together eg
monday:bi's and tri's
tuesday:chest and back
wednesday:calves, quads and hams etc

this workd really well for me.when you do your excercise, do the opposite after eg bench press and then do bent over barbell rows.hope this helps
