Whey protein serves a great purpose but one could really live and grow from food. Creatine on the other hand produces results that cannot be obtained from food. So technically I would have to disagree with you
on whey being the best. There is no substitute for creatine other than the supplement; there is for whey.
Personally I think NO is junk. People "see" results but does it actually produce documented results.. idk
