SO anyone else have this problem? When I take ON gold standard it bloats the **** outta me! now I'm not a 100% sure if it is because of the protein or the fact that i pound 2 scoops in about 4 second because i want to get all the protein into my system as quickly as possible after my workout.

I never have a problem with bloating with that. I usually only take one scoop though because I eat something along with it.

I only take 2 after my workout. I think it is just because how fast I drink it. I can open my throat and just pour stuff down. When I do it with shakes I think it is bloating me just because of the amount stuff in the shake.

That's probably it. You don't have to get it all down that quick, it takes some time to digest bro. How much water do you drink with it? I drink alot of it with it. Sometimes it sticks to my bottle so I have to refill, shake, drink, refill shake, drink.

I know i dont have to. I just do for some reason. I drink it out of one of my roommate pint glasses so 16oz glass. Oh i forgot to mention I also put in a tbl spoon of natty PB in it

In post workout shakes you shouldn't be eating peanut butter! The fat will slow down the digestion of the carbs (i'm assuming you use them as well somewhere)

You should try taking an isolate protein post workout with a glucose complex. A pure isolate protein is absorbed considerably quicker than the concentrate that makes up majority of the ON Whey. The glucose complex, such as DGC, will spike your insulin levels post workout, thus halting the catabolic state your body is in after workouts. In essence you restore your glycogen stores and repair the micro trauma you have caused to you muscles within minutes instead of hours. This will definitely take care of your bloating problem.

Yeah i have carbs after my workout as well but **** I DIDNT KNOW THAT ABOUT THE FAT?!?!?! I have been doing that for a LONG time. What about pre workout shake? Is PB cool there?

That depends on how long before your workout you take your pre-workout shake. The pb is not only slowing absorption but is probably the reason you feel bloated.

I usually drop 8 oz of water after my shake, I never have problems.
